Bookings
Please note there is a minimum 1-day rental period.
To confirm your reservation, the following payment rules apply:
- Total rental mount to be paid in advance to confirm booking.
- Deposit amount and additional balance (if applicable for added extras) must be paid 2-weeks prior to collection.
All amounts must be paid in full prior to the start of the rental period, in accordance with our rental agreement.
Excess & Damages Deposit
A refundable Excess & Damages Deposit is due 2-weeks prior to collection. This deposit acts as security for the proper care, return, and condition of the rental equipment and all included extras.
- The standard deposit is R10, 000.00, applicable to all rentals travelling within South Africa. For cross border deposit fees, please confirm travel details.
- Once the unit has been returned and fully inspected, the deposit will be refunded within 2 working days, provided that:
-No damage, loss, or breach of the rental agreement has occurred.
-No portion of the deposit is required to cover repairs, insurance excess, or related costs.
If further assessment is required, the refund may take up to 14 business days, in line with our rental agreement.
Cancellation Policy
If you decide to cancel your booking, the following cancellation fees will apply based on the notice period before your collection date:
- 30 days before collection:
A cancellation fee of 10% of the total booking cost will be charged.
- 14 days before collection:
A cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost will be charged.
- 7 days before collection:
A cancellation fee of 90% of the total booking cost will be charged.
Your security/damages deposit remains fully refundable, provided the cancellation does not involve any breach of the rental agreement.
